Remember when Atari 2600 game systems and CD players were the hot technology?
Well.. time to take the next leap.
As of December 8th, 2008.... The Triton Regional High Class of 1985 is jumping over to Facebook.
Now I know you've heard of it, but probably have never tried it. I am a geek and I just signed on 2 weeks ago. Its not just for college kids. In fact, after they opened it up to the world, its the fastest growing membership site on the net.
They've added 30 MILLION new subscribers in the last 3 months alone. Its simple, but cool. Makes it real easy to find and keep up with friends. You can search school graduating classes, employers... and find people.
Its definately better than MySpace. Plus.. the Facebook group feature supports Discussion groups, and shared photos... etc.
I'm doing this... because I've bumped into classmates at times and they suggested I do more with this site so that people can stay connected, and I realized that everthing we need to do... is right there in Facebook. A great way to keep up with old friends. We already have a small group of us in the class group - Triton Regional High School (NJ) - Class of 1985
So create an account. (Its free) www.FaceBook.com Search for friends. Go to our class group. Click here for class Group (or search for Triton on Facebook, and look for the one that says for class of 1985) Within a day or two I found dozens of old friends and co-workers, and people don't like me. Imagine what you can do. :-)

The reunion is less than a week away!

Class Clown Vince Valentine has taken his comedic and acting talents to the professional stage, and will be appearing at Philadelphia's Academy of Music as part of the Rob Becker's wildly popular Broadway comedy show "Defending the Caveman". Mike Iaconelli graduated a few years after us, but I thought this would be interesting to share with you. Growing up in South Philly and Runnemede, far from the Champion fishing areas of the South... Mike has become a Champion Bass fisherman and has written a very well recieved book about his life.
